Establishing the Vision
We have helped transform Zen Space from an idea into a digital marketplace. The platform had huge ambitions from the start. Our biggest challenge was to set the right priorities and create an MVP scope with regard to the available budget. In the end, we have created a scope to help us validate the idea, and then we started working.

Delivery of the MVP
We have delivered the MVP with the core functionalities. It allows users to find and instantly order Yoga lessons. It also features a system that allows the instructors to sign up through the website and get paid directly by the customers. Zen Space takes a fee from each transaction.
