Establishing the Vision
The client came to us with a vision of a massive project that completely transforms the way music is taught at schools and a fixed budget for developing the MVP of that app. Firstly, we needed to come up with a vision for MVP.

Delivery of the MVP
After we had agreed on the vision, we had only 2 months left to deliver the MVP. We got to work and in the end, we delivered the MVP within both the set deadline and budget.

Melodize would later secure its outside investment based on the MVP and the business plan we have helped to prepare.
